Dr. Grace Yao 是一位妇产科医生，也是 Yao Medical 
Spectrum 的创始人。她的工作涵盖产科、女性健康管
理、医疗美容与健康老龄化。在多年陪伴女性经历怀孕
与分娩之后，她将关注延展至女性健康更长远的生命
曲线——从更年期、衰老，到人生不同阶段不断变化的
身体需求。
RUBY WANG: 您既是医生，也是 Yao Medical 
Spectrum 的创始人。您希望打造一间怎样的医疗中
心？
GRACE YAO:我不想做流水线式医疗。我希望女性
来到这里时，感觉自己被倾听、被尊重。
医生不能只看检查结果和疾病本身，还要理解一个人
正处在人生的哪个阶段，她的处境是什么，她真正需
要的是什么。安全永远是第一位的，治疗也必须个体化。
我们不会因为某个项目我们能做，就轻易推荐给患者。
Dr. Grace Yao is an OB/GYN and founder of Yao 
Medical Spectrum, where her work spans obstetrics, 
women’s health management, medical aesthetics, 
and healthy aging. After years of caring for women 
through pregnancy and childbirth, she has expanded 
that focus to the longer arc of women’s health, from 
menopause and aging to the changing needs that 
come with each stage of life.
RUBY WANG: You’re a physician and the 
founder of Yao Medical Spectrum. What kind of 
medical center do you hope to build?
GRACE YAO: I don’t want assembly-line medicine. 
I want women to feel heard and respected.
You have to look beyond test results and medical 
conditions to understand where someone is in her 
life, her circumstances, and what she actually needs. 
Safety comes first, and treatment should be individ-
ualized. We’re not going to recommend something 
simply because we can offer it.
